both boys and girls – from 11 charity associations in Jeddah and Makkah will take part in Eid celebration activities planned by Saudi Aramco in the Western Region. The annual Aramco feature is set for Wednesday (Oct. 8) at the Corniche wherein a large number of officials from charity associations, businessmen, and volunteers are scheduled to participate. “Happy Eid” will be the theme this year of the annual event in which kids of both gender will receive their Eid gifts from Aramco. “We will distribute gifts to the orphans. The gifts have been provided by several interested private companies,” said Nabi Baashen, Director of the Western Region Affairs of Saudi Aramco. “The program will continue for many days after the Eid. Our aim is to communicate with the community and support social obligations towards different segments of society,” he added. Aramco will honor more than 60 students from different charity associations in Jeddah and Makkah. These students received training last summer in Qur'an, English language and computer programming. __
