NAGPUR — India completed its second stunning run-chase of the series against Australia when overhauled 351 in the sixth One-Day International here Wednesday. Virat Kohli (115 not out) and Shikhar Dhawan's (100) helped India win the contest. Kohli saw it through to the end as India won the game by six wickets. The series is level at 2-2 and the two teams move to Bangalore for the seventh and final ODI on Nov. 2. Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and put Australia in to bat. India made two changes with Bhuveshwar Kumar and Amit Mishra coming in for R. Vinay Kumar and Jaydev Unadkat. Although the Indian bowlers made early inroads and kept the runs in check, once George Bailey and Shane Watson got going there was no stopping them. Watson raced to his ton and Bailey followed soon after. Ultimately, he finished with 156 off 114 balls as Watson was bowled out for 102. Watson struck 13 fours and three sixes for his 102 off 94 balls. The two batsmen also compiled the second-highest third wicket stand of 168 in ODIs against India to help the visitors record their fourth 300-plus total in the series. Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma started the run-chase in steady fashion. Dhawan was more aggressive of the two and got to his fifty first. Rohit was first to go when he holed out to the deep with James Faulkner taking a good catch. That did not affect India as Virat Kohli came out all guns blazing. Dhawan lost his wicket as he walked across the stumps and was bowled by Faulkner. Suresh Raina walked in at number four and soon after gloved one down the leg-side off Mitchell Johnson. When Yuvraj Singh was bowled out India needed 61 off 43 balls. Dhoni walked in, but Kohli took control and won the game for India with three balls remaining. Brief scores: Australia 350 for 6 in 50 overs (George Bailey 156, Shane Watson 102; Ravichandran Ashwin 2 for 64, Ravindra Jadeja 2 for 68); India 351 for 4 in 49.3 overs (Virat Kohli 115, Shikhar Dhawan 100; Mitchell Johnson 2 for 72, Aaron Finch 1 for 20). — Agencies
