582,424 pilgrims leave the Kingdom

JEDDAH — Official statistics have revealed that 251,763 pilgrims have so far arrived in Madinah in addition to the 44,080 already there, while 107,668 pilgrims have left. The statistics, issued by the Secretariat of the Madinah Haj Committee on Sunday, revealed 582,424 pilgrims have so far left the Kingdom for their countries after performing the pilgrimage. The Director General of Passports Lt. Gen. Salem Bin Mohammed Al-Belaihed told SPA that 503,766 pilgrims have left by air, 68,680 by land and 9,978 by sea.
