Attendance to the event is by invitation only. The Sound of Hope Campaign is a collaborative initiative inspired by Hope Earring designed by Maaly Khashoggi and initiated by Tashkeil. It is based on the idea that we often encounter situations that gears us to lose hope due to daily challenges faced by people in the region. From time to time, we encounter remarkable stories that triggers hope in our lives and enables us to follow our dreams. The mission of the campaign is to enable societal development and growth through the advocacy of creative partnership in conjunction with civil alliance. Entrepreneur Maaly Khashoggi inspired the campaign by creating her jewelry line as a symbolic representation of Hope, 30 percent proceeds of which is donated to The Jeddah Institute for Speech and Hearing (JISH) to purchase hearing aids. This began an inspirational project, bringing together a group of SMEs, whom are not only socially engaged, but also committed to improving the social landscape in Saudi Arabia. Tashkeil in collaboration with Design Magazine, 77 Media, Reem Faisal fashion, Eva Salon, Waleed Hambishi and Hala Al Harthy style have set up the Sound of Hope Initiative on October 1 to administer and oversee the philanthropic aims of the campaign. As a part of the campaign, the Ambassadorship for the Sound of Hope outreach initiative is a two-week program, in which prospective candidates will create strategies that promote the cause and engage in activities with JISH, a non-profit institution devoted to speech, language and hearing service delivery. Ambassadors will appear on a short video, produced by 77 Media, featured on YouTube sharing their stories of hope.

The purpose of the campaign is to create significant awareness within society about the importance of giving hope by helping others progress in their lives, as a result enabling equal opportunities to occur. The hope initiative is meant to serve as a stepping-stone by inspiring designers and entrepreneurs alike, to help similar organizations like JISH, to design for a cause and as a result, allow for more individuals to serve as ambassadors of hope to the community at large. Ambassadors selected for the initiative pioneers and embodies hope by tackling an important issue and are responsible to exemplify the cause, promote discussion within society and provide an outreach resource to help affected individuals. All the selected candidates have a story that required hope to exuberate on their life path and in turn enabled them to contribute their experiences in order to spread hope to the entire community. The event is sponsored by Piece of Chocolate & Abdul Aziz Alnoman Flower boutique. The launch will begin with a showcase of the collaborative partners and presentation of the event. The event will take place as casual networking reception that will showcase the earrings and engage the audience in the cause, sharing their hopes on the hope Tree and getting to meet all the Hope Ambassadors.
