Hashish smuggling bid foiled

The commander of Border Guards in Najran region Major General Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani said an attempt to smuggle hashish into the Kingdom has been foiled. He said that Border Guards seized 59 kg of hashish left at a place in Al-Saqamah valley meant for smuggling. Meanwhile, Al-Zahrani said that Border Guards arrested 23 persons who had infiltrated across the border to enter the Kingdom through a number of mountainous areas.
