Bouteflika honors Saudi student

Algerian President Abdulaziz Bouteflika on Friday honored Saudi student Bakhit Ahmed Muhammad Al-Qurashi who won the first prize of Algeria International Contest for memorizing and reciting the Holy Qur'an. This came during a ceremony to honor the winners of this contest and other competitions held during the holy month of Ramadan.
