The Red Sea port is set to burst into color and noise with more than 10,000 fireworks ready to be launched from three different locations to celebrate the beginning of Eid. According to Muhammad Al-Yami, head of the publicity committee for the Obhur Festival and supervisor for the Jeddah Governorate activities, firework lovers will have a choice from 9 firework displays over a 4-day period. The displays will begin at 11 P.M. every evening in north Obhur, and in front of the Hilton Hotel on Jeddah's Corniche, and opposite Abraq Al-Raghama Other areas have been chosen for further activities, among which will be the handing out of some 5,000 gifts to children. They are: the Old Airport, opposite Nawrus Square on the Corniche, the Historical District, and the Corniche opposite the Conference Palace. – Okaz __
