The article "Doctor dismisses cleric's claim that driving hurts ovaries" (Oct. 1) reports that a gynecologist stated on television that there is no scientific evidence that driving hurts women's reproductive health. However, I feel that women should not be allowed to drive because it is not suitable for them.They will not be able to make quick decisions while driving or while having to troubleshoot problems with their vehicle. Recently in Dubai due to the incorrect parking on a highway by a woman driver a whole family was killed in a tragic accident. A Dubai court said that the woman driver was fully responsible for the loss of life. Salman Saif II. That is just an isolated case. Undisciplined male drivers also cause accidents. All we want is to be able to do our shopping by ourselves without grumpy husbands or drivers or taxis having to wait for us.
