QURAYYAT – Customs officers at Al-Haditha border point foiled an attempt to smuggle 30,000 amphetamine pills into the Kingdom. An Arab woman arriving on an Umrah visa was arrested after customs officers became suspicious of her behavior. When they searched her luggage, they found the pills stashed in small boxes. The pills were seized and the woman was referred to the pertinent authorities.
