Marriage contracts and divorce documents in the Kingdom's courts

The Ministry of Justice said the total number of marriage contracts signed last year reached 160,371 compared to 34,490 divorce, Khula and nullification (Fask) of marriage contracts. Daily 96 divorce, Khula and nullification (Fask) documents were signed. A report of the ministry pointed out that divorce, Khula and Fask documents for Saudi nationals reached 30,615. The documents between Saudis and non-Saudis or between non-Saudis reached 3,875. — Okaz/Saudi Gazette
