HARRISON, New Jersey — Dax McCarty headed in the winner four minutes into extra time to lift the New York Red Bulls to a 4-3 win over Major League Soccer leading Real Salt Lake Saturday. Fabian Espindola scored twice for New York — both from penalties — with the second coming with just two minutes remaining in regulation. Tim Cahill, who recovered from a knee injury suffered early in the game, also scored for the Red Bulls. Alvaro Saborio scored all three goals for Real Salt Lake, which lost its second straight match. In other matches, Philadelphia Union beat Vancouver Whitecaps 1-0 and Toronto FC downed Columbus Crew 2-1. — AP
