KHOBAR – A Filipino expatriate allegedly committed suicide at his home in Al-Thuqbah Industrial Estate's residential compound here on Monday. The 27-year-old worker had tied a rope to the ceiling of the kitchen, put the noose around his neck and hanged himself. Strangulation marks could be seen on his neck. Friends and acquaintances of the deceased said he had received a letter recently from his wife informing him that she had filed a case for separation of the couple. That may have led him to end his life, the deceased's friends said. Investigations are still going on. – Okaz __
