Customs Department officials at Al-Durra foiled an attempt to smuggle a large quantity of narcotic pills hidden inside the engine of a car. Raheem Marzooq Al-Hafi, Director General of Al-Durra Customs, said the department's men became suspicious on spotting an old car being towed by another vehicle at the checkpoint. The alleged smuggler said the old car broke down on the way. After an inspection of the car 10,000 narcotic pills were found hidden in the old car's engine head. – Okaz __
