BISHA — The Bisha municipality shut down a number of restaurants, canteens, food stores, a bakery and a central market for violation of hygiene conditions. The violations included selling meat from unknown sources, employing workers without health certificates and other hygiene issues. Mohammad Al-Bishr, head of the Bisha municipality, said these campaigns were meant to ensure the safety of foods provided to customers.
