year-old boy named Abdul Aziz Al-Jabri drowned in Al-‘Atshan Valley (Wadi Al-‘Atshan) while playing with his brothers in water after rainfall Thursday on Wadi Al-Far'. The water level suddenly rose as a result of water flowing from the neighboring mountains. The rest of the children were able to escape unhurt as they were close to the bank but Abdul Aziz could not move fast enough.
