Prince Mishaal Bin Abdul Aziz, chief of the Allegiance Commission, received at his palace in Irqa on the outskirts of Riyadh Saudi Arabia's 10-year old youngest female inventor and writer Rada Ibrahim Al-Khilaifi and her brother. Rada has won recognition from a specialist Switzerland-based international committee. Rada has presented seven Inventions and has to her credit three published books, qualifying her to become her country's youngest ever inventor and author. Prince Mishaal lauded Rada's achievements.
