First Telecom ABB Tribe, Atoi Ramos and Lulu Quejada emerged as the week's best team, best male and female bowlers on the 6th week of the Riyadh International School (RIS) Saturday Family Bowling League at the InterCon Riyadh Hotel Bowling Center. The league is organized by the Filipino Bowling Group of Riyadh (FBGR) and supported by the ABS-CBN The Filipino Channel (TFC). First Telecom ABB Tribe, the current league leader once again displayed its prowess to dismantle the Castrol-Alkhorayef Lubricants Company, 20-4. Its outstanding victory came through the excellent game of Atoi Ramos, week's best male bowler. The lefty Ramos exploded a towering four-game series scratch of 966. He had on lines of 237, 246, a game high of 279 and 204. For his feat of scoring a game high of 279, he will receive a personalize FBGR jacket. Sharing stellar with Ramos were Louie Laguardia, Fe Divinagracia, Larry Baleros and Mel Solas. Laguardia and Divinagracia posted an identical series of 729 while Solas scored 679. First Telecom ABB Tribe, holds the numero uno spot after six weeks. Cornering bowling spotlight in Castrol was the best female bowler of the week Lulu Quejada. She led in Castrol by tallying a four-game series of 754. Nap Torres had 732 points. Jun Daniel, Jonathan Banayag and Marlon Pagulayan contributed 695, 526 and 507 points respectively. Edwin Atienza shared 306 series in two games. Conor Express Cargo moved up to second position by outsmarting the Manila Bistro, 15-8. Leading scorers were Danny Gonzales (800 points) and Ellen Bernabe (743). Henry Pablo toppled 711 points. Ben Valdez rolled 675. Ely Fanugao and Nestor Tercio chipped in 410 and 376 series in two games. For the Manila Bistro, topscoring was Gigi Enriquez with 781 points and he was followed by Dennis Mendoza (741), Fred Zacarias (720), Fe Ricalde (705) and Froilan Rodriguez (655). The Manila Bistro garnered overall total team series handicap output of 3,602 points. G.I. Joes'II rolled past Samba Financial Group, 15-9 through the heroics of youthful Richard Feria, Rico Feria and Cynthia Bacala. Richard led with 786 points and his father Rico had 744 points. Cynthia followed Rico with 723 points. Jojo Miraflor, Cas Encila, Fareed Aquino and Doy del Moral contributed 377, 374, 363 and 320. Leo Mabunga was on top in Samba Financial Group with 758 points while Cely Mendoza knocked down 739 points. Resty de Jesus downed 732 points while Ed Robillos and Allan dela Rosa sealed separate series of 359 and 340 in two outings.
