It is published from nine centers in the Gulf with four editions in Saudi Arabia. The tie up would enable both media houses to enhance their distribution network. An agreement to this effect was signed at Okaz headquarters here by Abdulaziz Bin Abbas Alsehli, Deputy Director General, Okaz Organization for Press & Publication; and Hamza Abbas V.K., Chief Editor and Managing Director of Gulf Madhyamam Daily. “We are delighted to be chosen by Gulf Madhyamam Daily, the No.1 Malayalam language newspaper in the Gulf, to use our media expertise and operation network,” Alsehli said after signing the agreement. The collaboration, he said, will be a golden opportunity to serve the expatriate community. Hamza Abbas said the agreement comes within the framework of Gulf Madhyamam's care in providing worthy reading material to the Malayali community in the Gulf region through a developed distribution facility and standard. Okaz Organization has a solid reputation with its several influential publications including Saudi Gazette. The signing ceremony was attended by Khalid Almaeena, Editor-in-Chief of Saudi Gazette; Hatem Gorbal, Saudi Gazette's Communication Director; V.M. Ebrahim, Executive Editor Gulf Madhyamam; Rashid Khan, Marketing Manager Gulf Madhyamam; and Mohammed Bava, Regional Marketing Manager Gulf Madhyamam.
