MUNICH — Jupp Heynckes has ruled out coaching again and says he's had a worthy farewell with an unprecedented treble for a German club with Bayern Munich, including the Champions League trophy. After Bayern completed the treble earlier this month, Heynckes left his future open. But now he told Spiegel newsmagazine he was through. The 68-year-old Heynckes told Spiegel: “I can assure you I'm not going to coach again.” Heynckes also ruled out taking over a national team. Bayern broke nearly all Bundesliga records and won the title with six matches to spare. Bayern beat Dortmund for its fifth Champions League title, then beat Stuttgart for the German Cup. — AP
