Lane Warriors, Eddie Eder and the scientific Ruby Urrutia unleashed their deadly form to capture the best team, best male and female bowlers of the week awards respectively on the 14th week of the Monday Family Bowling League at the InterCon Riyadh Hotel Bowling Center. The league is partly sponsored by The Manila Bistro and organized by the Filipino Bowling Group of Riyadh (FBGR). Also supporting the event is the ABS-CBN The Filipino Channel (TFC). Through the devastating form of Nelson Respicio and with splendid support by Atoi Ramos, Bella Sabico and Resty de Jesus, the Lane Warriors demolished Target 5, 20-4 and bagged the Team of the Week award. Respicio was a revelation. He posted an impressive four-game series of 817 to topscore in Lane Warriors. The next best outputs came from Belle (743) and De Jesus (731). Ariel Feliciano and Pastor Rodel Canda shared separate series of 397 and 388 in two games. Nelson Magada rocked lanes to topscore in Target 5 by tallying a four-game series of 733 while Cely Mendoza, Hani Al-Nasleh and Fareed Aquino scored 698, 697 and 673 points respectively. Buddy Balisi and Sonny Alviso poured 379 and 347 series in two games. Eddie Eder burned lanes to lift Fathi Bowlers over Al-Jeathen Trading Group, 16-12. Eder's brilliant game made himself as the week's Male Bowler of the Week. Eder toppled a four-game series scratch of 880 on lines of 223, 229, 217 and 211. Compatriot Wilson Bacala came next by posting 795 points while Cecille Solomon and Andro Tismo fired 751 and 709. Youthful Richard Feria contributed 615 points with a game high of 255. Lulu Quejada and Marlon Belista were at the helm in Al-Jeathen by knocking down separate series of 782 and 757 in four outings. Jun Daniel and Jonathan Banayag sealed 580 and 528 while Marlon Pagulayan downed 380. Romy Cabrillas and Edwin Atienza registered 397 and 309 serie in two matches. The deadly duo of Rey Andaya and the week's Female Bowler of the Week Ruby Urrutia powered Schneider-Electric to humble Xplosibo, 13-5. Anday and the scientific Ruby led in Schneider by tallying an identical series of 759. Bankable Jun Bantug and Omar “kapitan boom” Valdez rolled separate of 760 and 714 to lead in Xplosibo. Genesis walloped Killer Shots, 16-5 through the sterling performances of Willy Jadulos (830), durable Fred Dioquino (760) and Nap Torres (735). Ann Jadulos scored 666 poits while Rizal Dellosa and Rolly Cleofe sealed 395 and 372. Leading scorers in Killer Shots were Vicky Vitug (692), Gigi Enriquez (686) and Willie Ortega (654). Efren Abuyo, Joe Ligon and Ferdie Ramos snatched 542, 531 and 401. Other results: Stesa-Thales outsmarted SABB-Personal Financial Services 16-10; Bank Albilad routed D'Arkiteks, 10-6.
