Two men in their ‘20s are being investigated for their involvement in snatching a woman's handbag near a market in downtown Riyadh. Security patrol teams noticed two persons in a small car without number plates at a location behind one of the commercial complexes. They became suspicious of the two and followed them. One of the two youths got down from the car, came close to the woman, snatched her handbag and ran away with his colleague. Immediately, they were pursued and one of them was arrested and handed over to Al-Batha police station. The arrested youth admitted that the driver of the car was his elder brother who was then arrested by Criminal Investigations Department (CID) men. He too admitted to the crime. – Okaz __
