Mentally ill man smashes 38 cars

Riyadh Region police arrested a man for smashing the windows of 38 cars. Security patrols received several reports from citizens and expatriates that the windows of their cars had been smashed by an unidentified person.
The police zeroed in on a Saudi in his ‘40s. Preliminary investigations showed that he was suffering from a psychiatric disorder. The alleged culprit has been referred to the Mental Health Hospital for suitable treatment. – Okaz __
