BELO HORIZONTE, Brazil — Atletico Mineiro goalkeeper Victor saved a penalty three minutes into stoppage time to preserve a 1-1 draw against Tijuana which advanced the Brazilian club to the semifinals of the Copa Libertadores. Atletico Mineiro advanced on away goals, as the first leg in Mexico ended in a 2-2 draw. Tijuana striker Duvier Riascos opened the scoring in the 26th minute but Brazil defender Rever equalized for the home side in the 40th after a free kick taken by Ronaldinho. Atletico's opponent in the semifinals will be Argentina's Newell's Old Boys. Santa Fe of Colombia faces Olimpia of Paraguay in the other semifinal— AP
