I am writing with regard to the report “Feminizing stores that sell women's fashion has a price” (May 22). When the salaries of teachers were increased, it was the parents who suffered the most as school fees were immediately increased. Now with the issue of hiring female staff, it seems that it is the customers who will be affected as prices will be increased by business owners. Maria Khan, Online response
