Deputy Minister of Defense Prince Fahd Bin Abdullah attends the graduation ceremony of the 26th batch of students at King Fahd Naval Academy in Jubail, Wednesday evening. Chief of Staff Gen. Hussein Al-Qabil and Naval Forces Commander Lt. Gen. Dakheel Al-Wagdani are also seen in the picture. Prince Fahd gave away certificates and prizes to the graduates, besides honoring a number of the academy staffers. The graduates included some National Guard personnel as well as students from Bahrain, Lebanon and Mauritania. — SPA
