An African national was arrested on Friday allegedly for selling liquor. The arrest came after staff members of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in Al-Sinaia District of Khamis Mushayt set a trap. The African was caught in the act of handing over liquor to an undercover agent. Several bottles of liquor were found in his possession. In another incident, the Commission agents in Ballasmar apprehended an Ethiopian who was selling locally distilled liquor known as “Araq” after he fell into a trap set for him on Friday morning. – Okaz __
