RIYADH — Saudi Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman met King Abdullah II of Jordan at Al-Husseiniya Palace in the Jordanian capital Amman on Sunday. During the meeting, they reviewed fraternal relations between the two countries. The leaders discussed ways to achieve regional security and stability, as well as issues of common interest. During the meeting, Prince Khalid bin Salman conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman and their best wishes to King Abdullah and the government and people of Jordan for further progress and prosperity. On his part, the King conveyed his greetings and appreciation to the Saudi King and Crown Prince. The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Naif Al-Sudairy and Director General of the Office of the Minister of Defense Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif. On the Jordanian side, the meeting was attended by Eng. Alaa Arif Batayneh, director of the Office of the King, and Moaz Abdulrahman Al-Zoubi, director of the Political Affairs Department at the Royal Hashemite Court.
