ISLAMABAD — Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih and his delegation from Saudi Arabia's public and private sectors during an official visit to Islamabad on Thursday. Sharif expressed deep gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for their unwavering support to Pakistan and the strong bilateral ties binding the two nations. He highlighted the productive discussions held at the Saudi-Pakistani Business Forum and invited Saudi investors to explore opportunities in Pakistan's aviation sector. Sharif emphasized that the dialogue between the two business communities has paved the way for new investments, underscoring the importance of the visit in strengthening economic and investment relations. Al-Falih reaffirmed Saudi Arabia's commitment to investing in Pakistan, particularly in key sectors such as agriculture, minerals, mining, food security, and infrastructure.
