HELSINKI — Minister of Transport and Logistics Eng. Saleh Al-Jasser commenced his official visit to Finland, it was reported on Monday. During his visit, the minister is slated to engage with several Finnish officials, business leaders, and investors. Additionally, he will tour various companies and facilities to gain insights into the latest technologies and solutions in the field. The primary objectives of the visit include bolstering cooperation between the two countries in transportation, logistics services, and economic development, as well as attracting high-quality investments. Furthermore, the visit aims to assess the progress of the Kingdom's sector in alignment with the National Transport and Logistics Strategy (NTLS), with the ultimate goal of consolidating its position as a global logistics hub. Discussions between both parties will center on opportunities to enhance trade, exchange experiences and success stories, and establish partnerships in diverse transportation projects.
