RIYADH — Justice Minister Walid Al-Samaani met with the presidents of the Saudi commercial courts on Sunday to assess the courts' performance and discuss judicial measures to ensure fair and efficient trials. While expressing gratitude for the unwavering support from the Saudi leadership to the judiciary, Al-Samaani outlined the ministry's plan to improve various facets of commercial justice, including bankruptcy laws, intellectual property rights, and corporate procedures. Highlighting the pivotal role of court presidents in supervising and evaluating court operations, Al-Samaani emphasized the necessity of detailed judicial reasoning in decisions, taking into careful consideration the evidence, pleas and arguments presented by the litigants.
