MAKKAH — Deputy Governor of Makkah Region and Vice Chairman of the Central Hajj Committee Prince Badr Bin Sultan presided over a meeting to address key issues related to the upcoming Hajj Season 1445H and the preparedness to receive and serve Umrah performers. The meeting delved into the outcomes of the opening discussion session dedicated to planning for the Hajj Season 1445H. The discussions centered around the level of preparedness to efficiently receive and serve pilgrims performing Umrah. Among the key topics on the agenda was the formulation of the Hajj season plan, outlining the timetable for planning, and elevating the preparedness level of services. The meeting extensively covered indicators for Umrah performance, including arrival and departure statistics, and set targets and expectations for the upcoming Umrah season. Particular attention was given to the services provided to the visitors of the Grand Mosque during the season. The focus is on facilitating a seamless experience for pilgrims, ensuring they can perform their rituals with ease and comfort.
