Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Bin Abdullah met Tuesday, during his official visit to Brussels, with several heads and members of think tanks and research centers. During the meeting, they discussed the importance of the strategic relations between Saudi Arabia and the European Union. In the meeting, they reviewed the areas through which these relations were able to consolidate the security and stability of the region and the world in terms of security and the economy. They reviewed the common challenges and Saudi Arabia's positions toward them and discussed the Kingdom's efforts to reach a political solution to end the Russian-Ukrainian crisis. The meeting also reviewed the most prominent initiatives and projects of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 aimed at achieving sustainable development goals to confront climate change regionally and internationally. The meeting touched on the Kingdom's bid to host the World Expo 2030, which aims to achieve a promising future for people and the next generations.
