MUSCAT — Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Bin Abdullah left Oman Monday at the conclusion of an official visit. He was seen off at Muscat International Airport by Omani Minister of Foreign Affairs Sayyid Badr Bin Hamad Al Busaidi. Saudi Ambassador Abdullah Bin Saud Al-Enezi, senior staff at the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the Kingdom's embassy in Muscat were also present. Prince Faisal had earlier held a meeting with his counterpart Al Busaidi. During the meeting, they discussed the distinguished bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Oman and ways of developing them. They also reviewed opportunities for bilateral cooperation in various fields, and exchanged views on developments in regional and international events of common concerns. Later on Monday, the Prince Faisal visited the Oman National Museum, on the sidelines of his visit to Oman. Prince Faisal was briefed on what the museum presents of the Omani heritage and what it contains on craft industries, architectural heritage, documents, manuscripts. He also saw instruments related to marine sciences, maritime navigation, and traditional agricultural tools and methods. Prince Faisal, also on Monday, met in Muscat with Minister of the Royal Office of Oman Gen. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al-Nu'amani. The two sides discussed issues of common interest for their countries. Both the meetings were attended by Ambassador Al-Enezi and Director General of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Dawood.
