Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of condolence to Indonesia President Joko Widodo on the victims of the powerful earthquake that hit Western Java island, killing and injuring hundreds. In his cable, the King expressed his warmest condolence and sincere sympathy to His Excellency the President, families of the deceased and the friendly people of Indonesia, appealing to Allah Almighty to bestow the deceased with his mercy and forgiveness, inspire patience to their families, wish the injured a quick recovery and preserve the president and the people of Indonesia from any harm. Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, prime minister, too sent a cable of condolence and sympathy to Indonesian President Joko Widodo on the victims of the powerful earthquake that hit Western Java island, killing and injuring hundreds. In his cable, the Crown Prince expressed his warmest condolence and sincere sympathy to His Excellency the President and families of all the deceased, appealing to Allah Almighty to bestow the deceased with his mercy and forgiveness and wishing the injured a quick recovery. The Muslim World League (MWL) too offered condolences and sympathy to Indonesia for the earthquake that hit the island of Java. The Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, expressed, full solidarity with Indonesia in this calamity.
