MINA — Saudi Arabia Public Prosecution has created a new prosecution during this year's Hajj season, followed by 20 new specialized prosecutions in the Holy Sites. The Public prosecution creation of the new prosecution comes under the name of (Hajj Works Prosecution) which is followed by 20 new specialized prosecutions and is characterized by working around the clock in the holy sites during Hajj. The Public Prosecution indicated that the 20 new prosecutions are specialized in all prosecution-judicial, which include: 1 - Investigations. 2 - Public Prosecution. 3 - Appeal judgments. 4 - Oversight and inspection of prisons and places of detention. The Public Prosecution confirmed that the 20 new prosecutions are staffed with human cadres with distinguished judicial competence. Parliamentary procedures in the 2022 Hajj season are characterized by the fact that they are carried out through an integrated technical process within measurement and evaluation indicators, and this contributes to ensuring that issues are addressed urgently. The Public Prosecution said that the Prosecution procedures are also will be documented, and will preserve its procedures within a (paperless prosecution) initiative. In addition, the call center and the prosecution operations will participate with vehicles that have been equipped with the latest technical devices to ensure their speedy movement, inspection and to take actions from the scene of the event and the crime scene in the event of anything happening. The Public Prosecution increased its judicial capacity to protect the Holy Sites, and the pilgrims present there during the Hajj period, through its accuracy in handling criminal cases, in addition to the speedy completion of its procedures according to the law.
