ALGIERS — Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan and his Algerian counterpart Ramtane Lamamra chaired on Thursday the third session of the Saudi-Algerian Political Consultations Committee. The two ministers underlined the consensus of vision on regional and international issues of common interest. They also reviewed the distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries and the Arab, regional and international issues, as well as ways to support security, stability and prosperity. Also, ways to confront challenges of achieving development for the peoples of the two countries were reviewed at the meeting, which also discussed support for international peace and security. The meeting was attended by Assistant Minister of State for African Countries Affairs Dr. Sami Al-Saleh, the Kingdom's Ambassador to Algeria Dr. Abdullah Al-Bussairy, and the Director-General of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Daoud.
