LIMA — Peru's President Pedro Castillo received on Friday Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and member of the Council of Ministers Adel Aljubeir, during his official visit to the Republic of Peru. During the reception, Aljubeir conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman to the President, the Government, and people of Peru, and wishes for continued stability, progress, and prosperity. The two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, the prospects for joint cooperation and ways to reinforce them in various fields, in addition to discussing several regional and international issues and developments of common interest. Also, Aljubeir met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Peru César Landa Arroyo. The two sides held an official talks during which they reviewed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to develop them to serve common interests. They also discussed the latest regional and international developments to achieve peace and stability The meetings was attended by the Kingdom's Ambassador to the Republic of Peru Walid bin Abdullah Muqeem.
