The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Secretary-General Dr. Yousef Bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen expressed the organization's condemnation in the strongest terms of terrorist Houthi militia's attack on civilians at King Abdullah Airport in Jazan with a booby-trapped drone. Dr. Al-Othaimeen reiterated that the attack on civil airports and endangering the lives of innocent travelers is a cowardly terrorist act, a war crime and a grave violation of international humanitarian law. He also stressed the support of the organization for all the measures taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deal with the practices of the terrorist Houthi militia to maintain its security, stability and the safety of citizens and residents on its territories. Dr. Al-Othaimeen urged the international community to take firm stances to stop the continued cowardly threats with ballistic missiles and booby-trapped drones being implemented systematically and deliberately by Houthi militia at civilians and civilian objects in the Kingdom. Meanwhile, the Arab Parliament (AP) condemned the terrorist Houthi militia's attempt to target King Abdullah Airport in Jazan, south of Saudi Arabia with a hostile projectile, which resulted in (5) civilian casualties among passengers and airport staff. In a statement, the Arab Parliament affirmed that Houthi coup militia is working, through its repeated terrorist attacks against civilians and objects to implement the Iranian aggressive and subversive project, which aims at destabilizing security and stability in the Arab world through terrorism, violence and bloodshed, targeting innocent civilians and destroying civilian facilities. Also, the AP underscored its full solidarity and standing with the Kingdom and its support in the measures it takes to defend its territories and preserve its security and the safety of its citizens and residents. — SPA
