Published in The Saudi Gazette on 02 - 09 - 2008

H & M (Hennes & Mauritz), the international fashion retailer, will soon be available to eager followers of fashion in the Kingdom. The 2,277-square meter store will open on Sept. 13, 2008 in the about to open Mall of Arabia and will host a unique women-only “Beauty Box” store-within-a-store. The expansion of the trendy high street brand is a result of H&M's strategic partnership with M.H. Alshaya Co., one of the Middle East's leading retailers.
“We are very excited to introduce H&M to the Saudi market. We believe the brand will rapidly become a popular choice as it has done in other parts of the region. The wide assortment on offer coupled with the introduction of new garments into the store every day will be something unique in the Kingdom and will enhance the shopper's experience,” said Mohammed Alshaya, chairman of M.H. Finally the KSA will have access to quality fashion at affordable prices - H&M style!”
The newest addition to Jeddah's retail landscape will be sure to entice families with the launch of its latest ladies, men's and children's collections.
