Water problem

I have a serious complaint regarding the water issue. We bought our home in North Obhur two years ago and, as there has been no government water provided, we rely on buying water from trucks.
But, as Dr. Ali Al-Ghamdi pointed out in his article “Jeddah in grip of water woes; sewage still running” we cannot get “free vouchers”.
Why does the rest of Jeddah get “free” water? Are we not residents? We don't even have short queues for water. I sent my driver the other day at 2 a.m. thinking that the queue was not long anymore; he finished at 10 a.m.
