RIYADH — The Arab Coalition on Monday said it intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile and a booby-trapped drone launched by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia. According to the coalition, the missile launched by the Houthi militia targeted the Saudi city of Khamis Mushait and the drone was headed toward the Kingdom's southern region before being intercepted. The twin attacks on Monday come a day after the Houthi militia targeted Aramco's oil port and facilities with a barrage of missiles and drones. The attacks were, however, successfully thwarted by the coalition forces led by Saudi Arabia.
