Approving the budget in his speech, King Salman said that the spending in the budget is SR990 billion, and the revenues are expected to be at SR849 billion, with an estimated deficit of SR141 billion, representing 4.9 percent of the GDP. "The march of development continues in our country amid the coronavirus pandemic. This year was one of the most difficult periods in world history and required exceptional measures," the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said.
