Saudi Arabia's allies in the Gulf and Arab world have strongly condemned the cowardly attack that targeted a non-Muslim cemetery in Jeddah, leaving two people injured. The United Arab Emirates voices its strong condemnation of this act that contradicts religious and humanitarian principles, the UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said in a statement. The ministry reiterated the UAE's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia against any threat that undermines its security and stability. The UAE supports all measures taken by the Kingdom to preserve its security and ensure the safety of its citizens and residents. It wished for a speedy recovery for the injured. Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its sincere wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured as a result of this sinful and cowardly attack, affirming that Bahrain stands alongside the Kingdom, and extends its support for all the measures Saudi Arabia takes to establish security and stability in its territories and to preserve the safety of its citizens and residents. In a statement Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said such acts target the innocent represent images of violence and extremism and violate all religions and civil laws. The ministry affirmed Kuwait's full solidarity and support with Saudi Arabia, including support to all the measures it takes to maintain security and stability, wishing the injured a speedy recovery. The Egyptian foreign ministry also strongly condemned the attack in a statement. "The Arab Republic of Egypt expressed its sincerest wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured, and it asserted again its extreme denouncement to these heinous practices that the normal human instinct rejects and affirms that it stands by Saudi Arabia in the measures it takes to protect its security and stability," the statement read. The Egyptian foreign ministry added that Egypt supports Saudi Arabia in whatever measures it takes to protect its security and stability.
