The Arab Coalition forces intercepted and destroyed on Sunday an explosive-Laden UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) launched by terrorist, Iran-backed Houthi militia toward the Kingdom. The statement by the official spokesman of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen Col. Turki Al-Maliki said, "The Joint Coalition Forces have intercepted and destroyed this afternoon (Sunday) in Yemeni airspace a bomb-laden UAV launched systematically and deliberately by the terrorist Houthi militia to target civilians and civilian objects in the Southern Region." This attack followed the Sept. 21 attack by the Houthi militia's launch of military projectiles from Yemen toward a border village in Saudi Arabia's Jazan region. The Houthis who have increased aerial attacks targeting civilian areas in the Kingdom, mainly through explosive-laden drones. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned on Sunday the launching of a bomb-laden UAV toward the Southern Region in Saudi Arabia by the Houthi terrorist militia. OIC Secretary General Dr. Yousef Bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen expressed the OIC's condemnation of the terrorist acts committed by the Houthi militia and those behind it. — SPA
