NEOM — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman made a phone call on Wednesday to India Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Saudi Press Agency reported. During the call, they discussed the work of the G20 being presided over by the Kingdom this year and the efforts made within its meetings to address the COVID-19 pandemic and mitigate its implications. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques affirmed the G20 countries are continuing to exert efforts to mitigate implications of the pandemic on the people and the global economy. For his part, the Indian Prime Minister hailed Saudi Arabia's distinct leadership of the group's meetings, expressing his confidence that the world would benefit from the outcomes of the G20 meetings. The two sides reviewed aspects of existing cooperation between the two countries and ways of developing them in various fields.
