JEDDAH – Today, Monday, 525,000 men and women teachers are expected to return to their schools in different regions of the Kingdom. The Minister of Education Dr. Hamad Al-Sheikh welcomed the return of teachers and school leaders to their schools at the beginning of the academic year. Sunday morning, the minister said: "My colleagues, male and female teachers, school leaders, supervisors, and faculty and trainers in universities and technical training, I'm pleased to welcome you all back with the start of a new academic year. "Let's continue to work as one team, and we are more ready and optimistic to overcome the challenges, to write together a new success story." Dr. Al-Sheikh further said: "I'm pleased to welcome you all back at the start of a new school year in which all of us, under the guidance and support of our leadership, made great efforts to ensure the continuation of the distance learning journey, despite the exceptional circumstances." The minister added: "We, together, have overcome the emergency circumstances to suspend studies and attendance last year and together, we wrote a success story for the distance learning process, and today we must continue to work towards the future as we are more prepared, optimistic and able to overcome the challenges." The Ministry of Education "Ain'' channels informed the male and female students and parents that on Sunday the channels will be updated with the aim of raising the quality of their broadcasts. "Ain" emphasized the necessity for resetting the channels once again on the same frequency with Arabsat 12437 vertical.
