Saudi-financed Lebanese bridge inaugurated

Lebanese Minister of Public Works and Transport Ghazi Ala Reedhi on Saturday inaugurated the ancient Damoor Bridge whose rebuilding was financed by the Kingdom after Israel destroyed it during its aggression on Lebanon in the summer of 2006. The inauguration was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Dr. Abdulaziz Khojah and a number of officials. Ala Reedhi thanked the Kingdom for its support for Lebanon. Dr. Khojah stressed the importance of unity among the Lebanese people. President of the Council of Development and Construction Sameer Aljisr hailed the Saudi financing of the reconstruction projects in Lebanon.
