RIYADH — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) on Wednesday signed a joint agreement with a civil society organization to carry out an emergency response project to combat dengue fever in a number of directorates in Aden governorate. The project, which will be carried out in the directorates of Sira, Khor Maksar, Al-Mualla, Tawahi, Al-Mansoura, Sheikh Othman, Dar Saad and Al-Brega in Aden Governorate for a period of five months, seeks to provide relief to 861,719 people. The agreement was signed at KSrelief's headquarters in the presence of KSrelief Assistant General Supervisor for Operations and Programs Eng. Ahmed Bin Ali Al-Bayez. Meanwhile, in an unrelated development, the KSrelief distributed substantial amounts of food aid in cooperation with Al-Khair Charity Coalition for Humanitarian Relief in Aden, benefiting 400 families. The beneficiaries expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief for the generous support it provides to the Yemeni people in various fields. The aid is part of humanitarian and relief projects being carried out by the Kingdom for the Yemeni people.
