Published in The Saudi Gazette on 19 - 05 - 2020

Danube Online, the Kingdom's leading online grocery shopping platform has partnered with Noon.com to list non-grocery items through the Noon.com e-commerce platform.
The Danube brand is synonymous with quality, stocking a wide variety of premium offerings and hand-picked exclusive imported goods. The award-winning Danube Online e-commerce platform and Danube App was a first-mover in the Kingdom's ecommerce grocery space and has continued to redefine how people shop for groceries across the Kingdom.
Since its launch in 2017, the primary focus for Danube Online has been delivering fresh groceries to Danube customers across the Kingdom. In a move that will allow Danube Online customers buy electronic devices online, Noon.com will now stock a range of Danube's non-grocery items including a wide selection of kitchen, homeware and personal care devices.
Commenting on the partnership, Majed M. AlTahan, co-founder & MD of Danube Online, said: "We are delighted to announce this initiative with Noon.com to allow our Danube Online customers to purchase non-grocery items through Noon.com's platform.
"Check out the Danube Online store on Noon.com. We in Danube would like to appreciate the initiative taken by Noon.com Team Mazher Shaikh, Hanaa Mallak and Sultan Hashem in coordination with the Danube Online Team in bringing this exciting announcement for Noon.com shoppers.
"At Danube Online, our core focus is delivering fresh groceries as quickly as possible to our customers across the Kingdom; this is especially true as the country grapples with the COVID-19 pandemic and we have seen a surge in demand for our online grocery platform.
"Therefore, while we focus on scaling our premium online grocery delivery offering, we are excited to offer a wide range of Danube's electronics product offering including kitchen appliances, homeware and personal care items via Noon.com's platform and bring our prestigious brand to their valued customers." — SG
