Saudi Gazette JEDDAH — All the 226 remaining Pakistani Umrah pilgrims left the Kingdom for Multan aboard a special Saudi Arabian Airlines flight Saturday morning. A total of 250 pilgrims left for Pakistan on April 15 and reached safely, Arshad Munir, Consul (Press) at the Consulate General of Pakistan, said. Pakistan's Consul General Khalid Majid and Deputy Consul General Shaiq Ahmed Bhutto were present at Jeddah airport to see the pilgrims off on Saturday. The pilgrims conveyed special thanks and gratitude to the Saudi government for arranging their return to Pakistan through special flights. They also highly appreciated the excellent arrangements made by the Saudi Ministry of Haj and Umrah for their boarding, lodging and medical assistance during their extended stay in the Kingdom due to suspension of international flights because of the coronavirus pandemic.
